Squeezing and releasing the muscles as fast as you can…. literally a split second, a quick tense and release. Pop Pop Pop!!!  The web offers many definitions, but you can’t always believe and listen to the internet because a lot of times it is WRONG.  Reference MR. WIGGLES!!!! He is the best (in my opinion of course).  Youtube Mr. Wiggles now!!! and if you’re up to it Madd Chadd –literally a living robot haha!!
